DOMESTIC “LOCAL” EXCHANGE POLICY 

You are given 6 hours to fully accept the order after receiving it, after 6 hours the order may not be exchange. This policy is to ensure safety of the authenticity and quality of items sold through ©EthiQ.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item should be damaged at reception. ©EthiQ may refuse to accept the exchange if a reasonable reason is not provided.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If damages or changes in the item’s condition are noted, ©EthiQ has the right to decline the exchange.
